Shala’s Pink House is a developing non-profit that brings social awareness to the emotional and dietary causes of cancer. In addition, we support and promote research, prevention, and alternative cancer treatments with the profit generated from event space rentals. Founded by the Nigerian Social Impact Artist and Producer, Olusola “Shala.” Akintunde, our innovative Pink House seeks to accelerate the eradication of cancer through art and the facilitation of social gatherings.

By booking your next event at Venue 1420, you will be given an opportunity to make a tremendous impact, simply by doing what you already do. The profit generated through your rental fee will serve Shala’s Pink House mission by specifically funding grants and homeopathic treatments for cancer. If we consider each other in the things we patronize and create, social service then does not have to be viewed as an expense or sacrifice.

THE RANDOM HOUSE THAT WILL CURE CANCER

Venue 1420 features 2,200 square ft. of programming space and eventually will be the home of Shala’s Pink House. Once established, the exterior of the house will be just that…            It will serve as a boutique event space and functional art installation. As we transition from house to home, I ask that you consider Venue 1420 as the destination for your next event. Venue 1420 features a modern event space perfect for hosting weddings, events, fashion shows, boutique expos, educational seminars, meetings, art exhibits, and, of course, other philanthropic efforts.
